Job Description
We are seeking a Virtual Recruiter for our firm located near Downtown Willoughby, Ohio. We specialize in Accounting, Legal, Sales, Marketing and Technical placements. This new position will support an extensive list of clients with staffing needs across the US.

Qualified candidates will work with existing assigned accounts as well as prospect new clients. Our recruiters are responsible for researching and identifying appropriate talent for clients as well as conducting extensive sourcing and networking.

The ideal candidates will have 3 years experience as a Staffing Specialist, Recruiter or Corporate Recruiter with an Executive Search or a Staffing Agency. Experience working with Accounting, Legal, Marketing, Sales or Technical recruiting is a plus. We are looking for candidates with high energy, excellent written and verbal communication skills --- an out-of-the-box thinker who is looking for personal and professional success.
