Job Description

We seek a Compensation / HRIS Senior Specialist to become a key member of our customers HR team supporting the companys rewards and HR data analytics to ensure they are market competitive, performance-based and contribute to business success. The Senior Specialist is responsible for support of Total Rewards and HRIS functions.

Our Senior Compensation Specialist Responsibilities include:
Participate in development, communication and implementation of all components of the pay and rewards program, base pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
Administer pay structure, provide market and internal equity analysis, conduct job evaluations, and support administration of all reward programs.
Support annual merit and bonus cycles by compiling market and performance data, modeling and analyzing cost scenarios.
Conduct and participate in salary surveys; interpret survey data; perform analysis to determine competitive positioning
Advise managers and HR team members on compensation issues, to include new hire salaries, salary adjustments and compliance requirements.

We anticipate your Education/Certification to include a Bachelors degree in related field of study; Masters degree is preferred, and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.

In this role, we anticipate your background to include a minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience, with a minimum of 3 years in compensation;
* Proficiency with HRIS systems and ability to meet complex analyses and reporting requirements.
* Experience with compensation strategy, design and implementation.
* Proven track record in managing projects of moderate to high complexity.
* Compensation Grading, Range , Bands, and Job Evaluation reviews against market data.
* Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer focus within a service or consulting organization.
