Description The Sr. Manager of Field Human resources who will be a strategic partner for the Division management team. The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with all levels of the organization, developing succession plans, and leading the implementation of talent management processes in a field environment. This position is field based and can located anywhere in the territory. The territory consists of VT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, KY, IN, OH, and MI.
Knowledge of overall Human Resource functions to include recruiting, employee relations, training and development.
Extensive knowledge of state and federal law
Ability to mediate between employees during conflict resolution
Ability to achieve measurable results through collaboration and influence
Exceptional planning, coordination, project management and implementation skills
Advanced ability to communicate with employees at all levels (both verbal and written communication skills)
Strong presentation skills
Must have multi-unit retail experience
Travel for this position is extensive: 50-75%

Education
Minimum 5 years experience: 5-7 years in Human Resources Function, with a concentration on Employee Relations and Succession/Talent Management is required, preferably in the retail industry.
Bachelors degree is required. Degree in Human Resources is preferred.
Proven track record in building partnerships with internal and external business partners
PHR or SPHR preferred.
