Operations Implementation Specialist

An ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record of helping major organizations implement complex change programs that have delivered significant improvements in business results.

Ten or more years of management consulting experience working with external clients.

Business transformation.

Change management experience in projects that do not necessarily involve a technology component or some other capital investment but rather change management experience based on a business need, i.e., helping people be more motivated and work more effectively to accomplish results.

Significant experience in process improvement and operations improvement implementation.

Industry experience in oil and gas, chemicals, utilities or process industries

Strong implementation skills and also have demonstrable specialist expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Leadership development and coaching for senior executives.
- Organizational development.
- Performance management.
- Change management implementation.

Soft skills:
-Able to work in both office and industrial settings, including offshore.
-Comfortable working in a performance-based, multicultural, and entrepreneurial environment.
-An exceptional understanding of what makes people tick and how you can help them achieve great things.
-Energy and passion for working with others to help them achieve stretching results.
-Humble approach and focused on transferring capability.

Education: Minimum of a bachelors degree.

Location: Any major metro area in the US.

Travel: Able to travel extensively in the US as well as internationally. 100% travel.
