HRIS Project Manager

We are a world leader in the production of orthopedic, biological, and sports medicine markets and seek an HRIS Project Manager for our global implementation.

In this HRIS Project Management Role, you are leading the execution of a full life cycle implementation of an HRIS system and providing communication and execution strategies, migration and process of data into a new HRIS system.

The HRIS Project Manager is focuses on;
* Managing large scale global implementation of a newly selected HRIS system globally.
* Integrating an SAP platform and SAS application, managing the project, tactically driving the success.
* Identifying data points and critical data required to be mapped into the new HRIS system and managing the transition of data.
* Perform analysis, refinement, and supporting documentation of human resource business processes.
* Business process design and research; business needs analysis, GAP analysis, Data Mapping, Data conversion, Data matrix testing, Data Flow.
* Proactive communication of implementation plan, delivering functional requirements, meets / exceeds deadlines, and produce business required documentation.

The HRIS Project Manager should possess the following background / experience;
* Experience with HRIS SAP implementation projects globally.
* Demonstrated project management skills; strong business acumen, process and data analysis, solutions oriented.
* Lead Change Management Initiatives.
* Extensive working knowledge of HR systems and the relationship supporting smart systems with performance metrix.
* Bachelors degree and at least 5 years experience in global HRIS system implementations.
* Both national and international travel.

The HRIS Project Manager reports to the Global HR Director who leads Performance, Compensation, HRIS, and HR strategy. The first assignment for the HRIS Project Manager is in Europe and will travel extensively, including US, Europe, and Latin American sites.
