Are you an experience Payroll Manager looking for an excellent global company to make a difference?
If so, as the Payroll Manager, you will oversee the compliance, payments, and processing of the various payrolls for seven different groups.
You will process the payroll for approximately 1000 employees and 7 different pay groups, at various intervals, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accuracy - with special payroll cycles as needed.
You will stay abreast of payroll and payment compliance areas to ensure the payrolls are meeting all requirements. You will consistently look for ways to enhance the current processes along the way.
You will process monthly, quarterly, and annual/year end processing of payroll, including taxes, garnishments, etc., as well as perform other analytics, create payroll reports, etc., ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
You will handle the day to day inquiries from employees to help resolve any issues or provide information in a courteous way.
You will perform account reconciliations in JD Edwards ongoing.
You will perform backups and retain payroll records as required to meet other compliance needs.
You will assist with the annual budget process, payroll audits, and other related tasks of the job
Requires a Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent course work and experience.
Experience: 3 plus years of direct payroll, tax filings, and garnishment withholding experience with the ability to research, analyze, and audit to ensure compliance and accuracy with each payroll cycle.
Fundamental skills: payroll administration and basic accounting skills are important in this role
Technical Skills: Proficient PC/Microsoft skills, with experience in JD Edwards World would be a plus.
Other skills: Ability to analyze large amounts of data, problem solve and make good judgment decisions on a regular basis to ensure accuracy is also critical for this role.

Position Status & Salary: Salaried Position; with salary being commensurate with proven expertise.
The position is bonus eligible. And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!
