The Human Resource Manager will partner, plan, coordinate, and implement HR activities for this manufacturing plant. The HR Manager will work with the Plant Manager to develop and execute human resource initiatives that drive positive associate relations.
Drive positive associate relations through effective employee relations management.
Drive Talent Growth initiatives throughout the organization including personalized development of high potentials and emerging leaders.
Serve as an advisor to the leadership team by providing insight, coaching and HR related solutions to functional and business leaders in the effective management and development of their people and their organizations.
Drive a positive culture that creates an inspiring associate experience
Facilitate and integrate talent planning and acquisition to identify world class talent for current and future hiring needs.
Lead Human Resources related projects.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5-7+ years of experience in Human Resources or in a related experience.
Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to develop and integrate HR and business strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills.
Demonstrated high level of ownership and accountability.
Proven, creative problem solver with both breadth and depth of experience across the HR function.
