The position of Human Resources Manager will have a strong, hands-on approach that will support the HR needs of approx. 300 employees located in 3 different manufacturing plants.
The chosen candidate must have solid knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resources administration. Must have the ability to develop long-term plans and programs. Will establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff. Computer skills required are knowledge of HRI systems(ADP) and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
MUST have five to eight years of experience in HR. College degree preferred. Solid understanding of COBRA, ERISA, FMLA,ADA,ACA,EEO and Dept. of Labor regulations A MUST!
A certificate of PHR, SPHR and/or SHRM-CP is preferred.
