Human Resource Generalist
The successful candidate will be responsible for the HR policies and programs which includes all administrative, legal and policy aspects of employee relations management, training, employment and plant staffing.  The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures that align employees with company’s strategic objectives.   Provide professional recommendations and direction to plant management concerning matters of a personnel nature.
 
Responsibilities
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures
Maintain a healthy relationship with management and employee
Recruitment and selection process
Develop, engage and motivate and preserve our human capital
Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives
Oversee and manage performance appraisal system
Manage and maintain compensation and benefits programs
Assess training needs and monitor training programs
HR metrics
Legal compliance
 
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
5+ years of experience in HR in manufacturing
Strong interpersonal, leadership, presentations and organizational skills
Talent to coach employees with complex, difficult and emotional issues
Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
HRIS systems and timekeeping systems is a must
Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
PHR or SPHR certification a plus
