Our client, headquartered in Syracuse, NY and a 30+ year MARKET LEADER in providing “State-of the Art” Outsourced Human Resource Client Solutions to businesses in the Upstate New York region, has partnered with our firm in search of Experienced Sales Consultants to join their team and take their growing business to new and exciting levels.

Through our client’s delivery of core human resources functions to small and mid-size businesses, they allow them the ability to focus on strategically managing and growing their business.  The successful Sales Consultant is one who is a self-starter, builds relationships and presents value to their clients with every interaction.

We are an ambassador for our client’s brand and have the extensive knowledge and relationship with them which is critical in finding the “right fit” for their team, making the perfect MATCH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Research, locate and develop Client Prospect Leads in Upstate New York targeting small to medium sized companies through networking, referrals, cold calling, direct selling, and business development through working with support organizations, building relationships with CPA’s, Attorneys and Centers of Influence.
  • Travel to clients in the Upstate New York region as client meetings are scheduled and work in the Syracuse office regularly to attend meetings and complete daily work for self and with the team
  • Become a “Trusted Advisor” to clients through consulting and engaging with them to determine their needs and creating value by offering a variety of services and options to benefit them with streamlining processes, cost containment, compliance and employer-related risk avoidance.
  • Engage with C-Suite executives at prospect businesses by quantifying service benefit and value propositions
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years’ BTB Sales Experience in Consultative Sales with a proven track record of success
  • Consulting experience in the following disciplines are a plus:  Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits and Insurance
  • Proven success and ability in Lead Generation and Development
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate with employees of all levels throughout internal and external organizations
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data and identify, develop, present and deliver new and complex sales strategies and solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus or equivalent experience in a related field
