Director Talent Acquisition - Sales Recruiters
Our client is an established leader in their industry. They offer a strong culture and stable growth environment. This position manages a team of 6 senior level sales recruiters. We are looking for a talent acquisition leader who has strength in building strong relationships with hiring managers and who will offer strategy and insight. The team of recruiters that this position oversees are responsible for recruiting for the sales team, the life blood of the organization. You will have the opportunity to create client specific recruiting plans and strategy. There is excellent career advancement potential in this organization and from this role. The position reports to the VP Talent Acquisition.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Ability and experience building strong hiring manager relationships in a sales focused organization.
- Exceptional hands on recruiting experience in a high volume sales environment. Mortgage or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
- A sophisticated and analytical talent acquisition leader who will utilized KPI's, Matrix and technology to drive efficiency and produce sustainable long term results.
- A high degree of creativity to solve challenges and clear the path for the recruiters to be successful.
- Must have advanced experience in recruitment analytics.
- 4-7 years leading a team of sales recruiters.
- Staffing firm or search industry experience early in the career is highly preferred.
