Our client is looking for some short term assistance working with the Compensation Team. Reponsibilities include:
Processing requesst from managers, employees, and compensation team regarding position descriptions and banding determination. May analyze position banding and market data. Will process changes in the system. Will be a part of the annual compensation process. Requires at minimum a Bachelor's Degree and 1 year Compensation Experience. Must be highly detail oriented, analytical and be able to handle confidential information.
