Human Resources Compensation Analyst –- Manufacturing
Salary $55,000 - $70,000 plus Excellent Benefits & Paid Relocation to the Blue Grass State!
One of the nation’s fastest growing Japanese Tier I automotive suppliers is seeking a Compensation Analyst to add to their Human Resources department.
You must have experience in a manufacturing facility to be considered for this position!
This Compensation Analyst will work in the company’s Headquarters as an integral part of the Human Resource Team.  As a Compensation Analyst, you will analyze and review external market data to assure the company is competitive.  You’ll prepare reports, make recommendations on current programs.  You will be the company’s main resource for compensation analysis as it impacts all the manufacturing facilities.

Requirements for this Compensation Analyst position:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of compensation analysis in a manufacturing setting
  • Must be Microsoft Office proficient – especially strong in Excel highly desired
  • Willingness to work with many different departments in a manufacturing facility
  • A passion for Analytics.
