Responsibilities will include:
- Develop substantive knowledge base regarding the medical or surgical subspecialty(ies) to which Recruiter is assigned
- Consult with clients as necessary to provide advice and information regarding the structure of employment of new physician (hospital-employed, income-guarantee to join established practice or establish solo practice, or incubator model) and appropriate compensation
- Obtain practice information and work with clients to arrange for appropriate advertising for each assigned search
- Research and contact prospective candidates and develop both broad and targeted contact lists appropriate to each search
